What to send
Four things get you a real answer.
- 01 Where the plot is. An address, a pin on a map, or a parcel number — whatever you have.
- 02 What you want on it. Rooms, rough size, single story or stacked. A sketch on paper is fine.
- 03 What the access is like. Whether a crane and a truck can reach the spot, or whether you don't know yet.
- 04 What stage you are at. Bought the land, still looking, or somewhere in between.
None of it has to be tidy. If you only have the first one, send that.

Before you write
Questions we get first.
- Can you tell me what it costs?
- Not from an email alone, and not from a calculator. What a house costs depends on your ground, your permits, the access road, and what you actually want in it. Send the plot and you get a real figure back with the reasoning attached.
- Do you have a catalogue of models?
- Not yet. What we have drawn so far was drawn around the ground it goes on. When there is a standard range worth publishing, it goes on the products page with real dimensions on it.
- Can a module really be taken apart?
- That is what the bolts are for. The frame is welded up in the shop, and everything after that bolts — panels into the frame, modules to each other, modules to the ground. A bolt comes out.
- Can I see a finished house?
- Ask. The first projects are underway and nothing is published yet, but we can tell you what is in progress and where.
